Tuesday Speed Day! Ran with my team as follows: Jogged to the track (1.5 miles) 4x200 (39 secs) 3x1k's (3:38, 3:40, 3:36) (5-10k pace) 4x400 (78, 76, 78, 71) Cool Down (1.5 miles) Felt pretty good! My legs felt super heavy for the last 400's though. Definitely felt the 10 miles from yesterday :) |
