Thought about going .77 more ...then, I didn't. 

I really need to sleep more.  I think I've been averaging 6 hours a sleep a night for the past few weeks.  It hit me today!  I went running with a girl on my team.  We took it nice and easy and chatted the whole way :)

 I FINALLY figured out what all this nonsense is about the push-ups and pull ups and what not were.  I decided to join the band wagon, and I brought my dad along with me!

 We just did the push-ups tonight, starting on week 3:

push ups= 14, 14, 18, 14, 41 (my dad only did 40. heh :) )

Holy CRAP! 41 push-ups on your last set?!! I don't think I can do more than 30 consecutive. And especially not after 4 previous sets. SWEET! I'm scared to see your pull-ups!

haha thanks! It definitely wouldn't have happened if I didn't have my dad right next to me. He finished his 40 in probably half the time. He told me he did 40... couldn't let the old man beat me! Definitely was shaking very badly, laid on the floor for a few mins after, and today, i'm sore haha.

Don't be scared for my pull-ups. At all. Pull-ups and I don't get along. I think my pull-up muscles never developed. and I'm serious.

good grief that is a lot of push-ups! nice work. nan is really nice about loaning me some of her pull-ups...i'll get the push-ups from you.
