6.63 miles in 7:44 pace. Thought about going .77 more ...then, I didn't. I really need to sleep more. I think I've been averaging 6 hours a sleep a night for the past few weeks. It hit me today! I went running with a girl on my team. We took it nice and easy and chatted the whole way :) I FINALLY figured out what all this nonsense is about the push-ups and pull ups and what not were. I decided to join the band wagon, and I brought my dad along with me! We just did the push-ups tonight, starting on week 3: push ups= 14, 14, 18, 14, 41 (my dad only did 40. heh :) ) |
