I got stuck in no mans land the whole race. &nbsp;I was about 100 meters behind the first and about 100 meters ahead of the field.... Definitely felt the 10 miles from yesterday :)&nbsp;</p> Tue, 13 Apr 2010 06:00:00 Mon, Apr 12, 2010 http://KaceeH.fastrunningblog.com/blog-04-12-2010.html <p>A.M. 7 Miles in 7:47 min pace</p><p>P.M. 3 Miles in 8 min pace&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;I didn't sleep too well last night, and was not very excited to do my morning run. &nbsp;I finally get myself out the door, and great, strong winds.. my favorite. &nbsp;I tried to look on the postitive side and thought about how it was at least warmer than it has been. &nbsp;I started trudging along, into the wind, going up hill. &nbsp;Needless to say my first couple miles were very slow. &nbsp;Once I got into a groove though I felt good! &nbsp;Ended up dropping by about 5-10 seconds every mile and finished my last mile in 6:50. &nbsp;Felt good! &nbsp;Then this afternoon I was at my little brother's baseball practice. &nbsp;Didn't really intend to run, but it was FREEZING and I was still in my running stuff, so I decided to trot around a little. &nbsp;Felt way slow and was still really windy, but it warmed me up. &nbsp;After the run I shagged some balls for my bro and even stepped up to the plate a couple times. &nbsp;It's a good thing I run ;)&nbsp;</p> Mon, 12 Apr 2010 06:00:00
